Privacy policy

Which data and why

Your name, e-mail, optionally your company name, and the text of your message.
We use them solely to reply and to prepare an offer.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

For how long

We keep the message for as long as we are in contact.
If it does not lead to cooperation, we delete it no later than two years after the last reply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell it to anyone.
The message is delivered through an e-mail service provider that processes it on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The only cookie is stored when you switch the language yourself: it remembers the chosen language (lang) and nothing else.

The visitor counter stores nothing in your browser.
It tells visitors apart only by an anonymous fingerprint (a one-way hash of the IP address and browser type with a secret server key), from which the IP address cannot be recovered; the fingerprint is deleted after 7 days.

To protect the website against abuse and to evaluate traffic, the server records visits: the time, the IP address and the country derived from it, the browser identification (device type, operating system), the pages visited, where you came from, the screen size and how long the pages were shown.
No cookies are used for this either.
The records stay on our server only, are not shared with anyone and are deleted after 90 days.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (security and operation of the website).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected and erased.
You can request restriction of processing, object and request data portability.
Just write to us using the contact form.
You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
