The same principle as in live operation
One input, several outputs
One invoice produces a file for accounting, one for the ERP and one for the archive.
Each output has its own format and destination.
A loop over line items
The “File per line item” output creates as many files as the invoice has lines.
Checking and blocking
A faulty invoice is stopped.
An alert goes out and after the fix it is processed again.
